Shipping & Return Policy
After placing your order, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and receive a ship confirmation email.
- Please note due to unprecedented times, T McDonald Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping delays on behalf of the carrier. (ex: unpredictable weather, natural disasters, etc.)
Pre-order shipping: If there is a pre-order item in your order along with other in stock products, all items will ship together at the estimated ship date.
Lost/Stolen packages: In the event a package shows "DELIVERED" but has not been received, the customer should submit a claim with the designated carrier for an investigation to be conducted.
Additionally, T McDonald Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments once the package has left our facility. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
- T McDonald Cosmetics has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase indicating items being returned. If your unable to locate your receipt, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note products that are apart of a set cannot be returned.
- Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of the item and email info.tmdonaldcosmetics.com within 7 days of receipt. Please note you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees and will not be refunded unless the item was damaged.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, please allow 10-14 days to be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping labels will only be issued if the item is damaged
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
